Abstract: This study examines the relationship between Buddhist meditation practices and individuals' psychological well-being. This study employs qualitative methods to gain a deeper understanding of Buddhist meditation practices. Semi- structured interviews were conducted with 11 participants in the Hall of Dafo Si, Guangzhou, China. This study used phenomenological techniques for its data analysis. Understanding these variations provides insight into the complexities of leadership legitimacy in multicultural societies. This study has found that Buddhist meditation plays a vital role as a source of therapy among people who are dealing with mental health. Hence, this result provides insight to the government and organizations about maintaining mental health, which is a rapidly growing global concern. This study is one of the few that highlights the Buddhist meditation activities of the Chinese people. Hence, the government needs to improve the alignment between meditation and people's mental health and a long-term strategy to combat this issue. This study presents a comprehensive plan that combines technology and strategic meditation to help people lead more fulfilling lives.
