ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการสอบไม่ผ่านรายวิชาแคลคูลัสสำหรับวิศวกร 1 ของนักศึกษาคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการสอบไม่ผ่านรายวิชาแคลคูลัสสำหรับวิศวกร 1 ของนักศึกษาคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาการสอบไม่ผ่านรายวิชาแคลคูลัสสำหรับวิศวกร 1 ของนักศึกษาคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ โดยมีตัวแปรปัจจัย 5 ด้าน คือ การสอนและเทคนิคการสอน 2) บุคลิกลักษณะของผู้สอน 3) สื่อประกอบการสอน 4) การวัดและการประเมินผล และ 5) พฤติกรรมของนักศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ 1) นักศึกษาคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ปีการศึกษา 2557-2560มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนวิชาแคลคูลัสสำหรับวิศวกร 1 ภาคการเรียนที่ 1 ที่มีผลการเรียนไม่ผ่านในรายวิชาแคลคูลัสสำหรับวิศวกร 1 จำนวน 100 คน และ 2)อาจารย์ผู้สอนรายวิชาแคลคูลัสสำหรับวิศวกร 1 จากคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีมหาวิทยาลัยราชมงคลกรุงเทพ จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และการวิเคราะห์คำถามปลายเปิด ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยทั้ง 5 ด้าน คือ การสอนและเทคนิคการสอน บุคลิกลักษณะของผู้สอน สื่อประกอบการสอน การวัดและการประเมินผล และพฤติกรรมของนักศึกษา ส่งผลต่อการสอบไม่ผ่านรายวิชาแคลคูลัสสำหรับวิศวกร 1 ของนักศึกษาคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ โดยปัจจัยที่อยู่ในระดับมากที่มีความสอดคล้องกันของความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาและอาจารย์ผู้สอน คือ ด้านบุคลิกลักษณะของผู้สอนและด้านการสอน และเทคนิคการสอน มีค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาและอาจารย์ผู้สอนด้านบุคลิกลักษณะของผู้สอน เท่ากับ 9.57 และ 11.02 ตามลำดับ ด้านการสอนและเทคนิคการสอน มีค่าค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาและอาจารย์ผู้สอนเท่ากับ 8.31 และ 10.17 ตามลำดับ ผลจากการวิเคราะห์คำถามปลายเปิดพบว่า ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสาเหตุของการสอบไม่ผ่านของนักศึกษาและอาจารย์ผู้สอนที่สอดคล้องกัน คือ 1) นักศึกษาไม่มีพื้นฐานด้านการเรียนเกี่ยวกับวิชาแคลคูลัส 2) เนื้อหาวิชาในบทเรียนมีปริมาณมากเกินไป 3) การไม่เข้าชั้นเรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ 4) การไม่ฝึกทำแบบฝึกหัดหรือฝึกทำโจทย์ แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาจากปัจจัยในแต่ละด้าน คือ 1) ปัจจัยด้านการสอนและเทคนิคการสอน มีแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาคือ จัดการเรียนปรับพื้นฐานรายวิชาแคลคูลัสสาหรับนักศึกษาคณวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ที่เข้าใหม่ก่อนเปิดเทอม ปรับปริมาณเนื้อหารายวิชาที่ซ้ าซ้อนให้น้อยลง เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้ซักถามและแสดงความคิดเห็น ผู้สอนจัดหาแบบฝึกหัดที่หลากหลายให้นักศึกษา และจัดให้มีการสอนเสริมภายในกลุ่มนักศึกษาด้วยกัน 2) ปัจจัยด้านบุคลิกลักษณะผู้สอน มีแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาคือ ผู้สอนเข้าสอนตรงเวลาทุกครั้ง มีบุคลิกลักษณะที่เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีแก่นักศึกษาทั้งการแต่งกายและกิริยา วาจา และสามารถควบคุมอารมณ์ของตนเองได้ดี และมีการสอดแทรกประสบการณ์ของผู้สอนระหว่างการจัดการเรียนการสอน 3) ปัจจัยด้านสื่อประกอบการสอน มีแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาคือ จัดบันทึกไฟล์วีดีโอขณะอาจารย์ทาการสอนแล้วนาไปเผยแพร่ไว้ในโซเชียลมีเดียร์ผู้สอนเปิดช่องทางให้นักศึกษาได้ติดต่อสื่อสารได้หลากหลายช่องทาง และผู้สอนนำข้อสอบของปีก่อน ๆ มาให้นักศึกษาได้ฝึกทาโจทย์บ่อย ๆ ทั้งในเวลาเรียนและนอกเวลาเรียน 4) ปัจจัยด้านการวัดและการประเมินผล มีแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาคือ จัดให้มีการวัดและประเมินผลด้วยการทำแบบฝึกหัดก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน ผู้สอนแจ้งให้นักศึกษาทราบถึงแนวทางการทดสอบล่วงหน้า และแจ้งผลการทดสอบให้นักศึกษาทราบภายหลังการทดสอบทุกครั้ง มีการทดสอบเก็บคะแนนหลาย ๆ ครั้ง มีเกณฑ์กำหนดการประเมินแบบอิงกลุ่ม และแยกเกณฑ์ประเมินระหว่างนักศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 กับนักศึกษาประกาศนียบัตร 5) ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมนักศึกษา มีแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาคือ นักศึกษาต้องเข้าชั้นเรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ต้องฝึกทำโจทย์และแบบฝึกหัดบ่อย ๆ และต้องส่งงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากอาจารย์ผู้สอนทุกครั้ง

The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors affecting the non-passing calculus course for engineers 1 of the Faculty of Engineering students. Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep And to study The solution to the problem of not passing the calculus course for engineers 1 of the Faculty of Engineering students. Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep There are five factors that affect teaching and teaching techniques. 2) Personality of the instructor 3) Teaching media 4) Measurement and evaluation 5) Student behavior Research samples It comes from the specific selection (Purposive Sampling) divided into. 2 groups: 1) Faculty of Engineering, Academic year 2557- 2060, University of Technology Rama IX Enrolled in Calculus for Engineers. 1) Calculus for engineers 1 from the Faculty of Science and Technology. 10 students from Rajamangala University of Technology The instruments used in the research were 5 scale rating scales. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and question analysis. Open end The research found that All five factors are teaching and teaching techniques. Personality of the instructor Teaching Materials Measurement and Evaluation And behavior of students Impact on the examination not pass the calculus course for engineers 1 students of the Faculty of Engineering. Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep The factors at the high level were consistent.The opinions of students and instructors are: The personality of the instructor and the teaching. And teaching techniques The students 'and instructors' personal characteristics were 9.57 and 11.02 respectively. The mean scores of students and instructors were 8.31 and 10.17 respectively. They have a good role model for students, dress and verbal and can control their emotions well. The instructor's experience during the learning process. Teaching. 3) Factors in teaching media. There is a solution. Record video The teacher teaches and publishes in social media. Teachers open the channel for students. Can communicate in a variety of channels. And the instructor took the test of previous years to students to practice. Often in class time and outside classes. 4) Measurement and Evaluation Factors There is a solution. Provide a measure. And evaluate by doing exercises before class and after class. Instructors inform students of the guidelines. Pre-testing Report the results to the students after the test.
