โครงงานนี้ผู้ศึกษาได้ทำระบบแจ้งซ่อมออนไลน์เพื่อเป็นช่องทางในการแจ้งซ่อมของบุคลากร เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกตามสถานที่ต่าง ๆ ที่จำเป็นต้องมีเครื่องมืออำนวยความสะดวก เช่น โทรทัศน์ มือถือ ถ้าสิ่งเหล่านี้เกิดการชำรุดเสียหายก็ต้องดำเนินงานซ่อม ดังนั้นจึงได้พัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์ และโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บเพื่อเป็นช่องทางในการดำเนินงานแจ้งซ่อมให้มีความสะดวกและรวดเร็ว ระบบแจ้งซ่อมออนไลน์พัฒนาด้วยภาษาจาวา (Java) และพีเอชพี(PHP) โดยใช้ไฟร์เบส (Firebase) เป็นฐานข้อมูล รวมไปถึงการใช้ซีเอ็มเอส (Content Management System: CMS) เพื่อให้ผู้ที่นำโปรแกรมไปใช้สามารถปรับและแก้ไขให้เข้ากับองค์กรของตนเองได้
