Prof. Dr. Orasa Patsadu Academic Year 2023 Abstract This project develops Apartment management system in study of cm apartment The objective of this project is developing for Apartment management system in study of cm apartment and to enhance management of monthly rental room. User is divided into 2 groups: 1) Admin (apartment owner) and 2) User. Admin can use system in several functions such as log-in, editing, model building for Chabot, and rental room management. User can use functions system such as log-in, register, status checking, bill checking, pay rent, report repair, and Chabot. From the estimated satisfaction of the user, the result shows that users were satisfied (easy to use) at very much (𝑥̅= 3 .8 7, S.D. = 1 .0 1) and users were satisfied (fast processing) at very much (𝑥̅= 4.17, S.D. = 0.75). The result shows that apartment owner were satisfied (easy to use) at very much (𝑥̅= 4.40, S.D. = 0.55) and apartment owner were satisfied (fast processing) at very much (𝑥̅= 4.20, S.D. = 0.84).
