Abstract: | Project APPLICATION PROGRAM FOR PET HEALTH RECORD Author Mr. Nattasak Sitti Mr. Sutthichai Lohasincharoenkul Major Computer Science Advisor Ms. Monrada Sirimongkol Acadermic Year 2023 Abstract This project has the objective to develop application program for pet health record.The tools used for project development include Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) for system development, Chart.js for displaying blood test result, and MySQL for data storage. Based on pet illness statistics within the country over the past 3 years from the Buddhist era 2561-2563,there were 4,789,837 sick animals in the Buddhist era 2561, there were a decrease of 3,693,523 sick animals.And in the Buddhist era 2563, there were an increase of 5,646,941 sick animals.The increasing in pet illnesses the need for consistent data collection of pet health record.Thus,the concept of developing a system to store pet health record data emerged to facilitate data storage and analysis for pet healthcare. Aligned with the project objectives, the system can store pet health record data by recording pet owner information,pet treatment records,pet species,and breed histories.Additionally, it can present data in graphical format.Veterinarians have evaluted the application program extensively for the optimal storage of pet health record data. |
