Abstract: Over recent years, art training has attracted increasingly more attention from parents of students, and art training institutions have been established one after another. Accordingly, it is urgently needed to update the management of such art training institutions, so as to adapt to the rapidly changing market. This study is purposed to identify and analyze the current problems with the management of art training institutions through literature review, interviews, and data analyses, while exploring the optimization plans for the management of such institutions. This study has interviewed 9 art training institutions and consulted the opinions of many experts in the fields of management, sales and IT. Based on the structural equation model (SEM) for path analysis, this study takes the maximum likelihood (ML) estimation to evaluate the CFA framework. Specifically, the criteria used in this framework include comparative fit index (CFI), root mean square residual (RMSR), goodness of fit index (GFI), and adjusted goodness of fit index (AGFI). The research results demonstrate that such factors as self-positioning and site selection, teacher management, enrollment, and risk prevention and control deliver a significant impact on the operation of CFA in art training institutions. It is found that the current management models of the author’s country's art training institutions can be optimized in terms of precise positioning, fixed post customization, optimization of enrollment strategies, and systemic risk prevention and control.
