Abstract

โครงงานนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อศึกษาการทำงานของเครื่องผสมเครื่องดื่มอัตโนมัติ ซึ่งเป็นการนำเอา เทคโนโลยีและอุปกรณ์ทางไฟฟ้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ อุปกรณ์ทางด้านอุตสาหกรรมมาประยุกต์ใช้งานเข้า ด้วยกันเพื่อสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมที่มีประสิทธิภาพและประโยชน์ในการผสมเครื่องดื่ม และเพื่อช่วยอำนวย ความสะดวกในด้านการผสมเครื่องดื่มที่มีรสชาติเท่าเทียมกันทุกแก้ว และง่ายต่อการนำไปใช้งาน ซึ่งโครงงานชิ้นนี้มีความหลากหลายในด้านการใช้งานในทั้งระบบอัตโนมัติและกำหนดเอง โปรแกรมสั่งการ ทั้งหมดด้วยระบบ PLC ยี่ห้อ Mitsubishi FX5U และผ่านการเลือกโหมดการใช้งานจากจอสัมผัส ยี่ห้อ Mitsubishi GOT2000 และมีไดอะแฟรม ขนาด 12V ที่ทำหน้าที่ปั๊มน้ำจากกระบอกน้ำมายังภาชนะ ใส่คือ และมีเซ็นเซอร์ตรวจวัดระดับน้ำจากกระบอกน้้ำเมื่อระดับน้าต่ากว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดคือ เซ็นเซอร์ วัดระดับน้าแบบไม่สัมผัสขนาด 5-24V โดยโครงสร้างของเครื่องผสมเครื่องดื่มอัตโนมัติจะทำจาก อลูมิเนียมหนาขนาด 2 มิลลิเมตร และมีแผ่นไม้ที่ยึดกับปั๊มน้ าและอุปกรณ์ในการใช้งานเช่น PLC , Switching Power Supply , Terminal เป็นต้น และมีเคสปิดด้วยอะคลิริคเพื่อความสวยงาม ทางคณะผู้จัดทำมีความรู้และประสบการณ์เพิ่มขึ้น จำกทางด้านซอฟต์แวร์และฮาร์ดแวร์ ในการเขียนโปรแกรมควบคุมการทำงาน ต่อวงจรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และสร้างชิ้นงาน
