โครงงานพัฒนาชุดปฏิบัติการเพื่อผลิตต้นแบบงานเฟอร์นิเจอร์จากไม้พาเลท

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาและพัฒนาการนาวัสดุไม้ที่เหลือใช้จากงานภาคอุตสาหกรรมมาพัฒนาชุดปฏิบัติการเพื่อผลิตต้นแบบงานเฟอร์นิเจอร์จากไม้พาเลท ศึกษาประเภทของไม้และการใช้ประโยชน์ที่จะนามาออกแบบผลิตเฟอร์นิเจอร์ต้นแบบสาหรับชุดปฏิบัติการ เพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ในการจัดเก็บเครื่องมือช่างได้อย่างเป็นระเบียบ มีความสะดวกในการใช้อุปกรณ์เครื่องมือ การจัดเก็บเครื่องมือ เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการเรียนการสอน จากการศึกษา รูปแบบพัฒนาเพื่อผลิตต้นแบบเฟอร์นิเจอร์จากไม้พาเลท จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบ โดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์และใช้แบบประเมินได้ข้อสรุปเรื่องการผลิต และการออกแบบ จากรูปแบบงานที่ผู้วิจัยได้ให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญตรวจว่ามีความเหมาะสม ผู้วิจัยได้นารูปแบบที่ตรวจแก้แล้วมาผลิตเฟอร์นิเจอร์เป็นผลงานจริง ได้ทาแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบงานเฟอร์นิเจอร์ ประชากรตัวอย่าง มีจานวน 33 คน คณาจารย์ที่ตอบแบบสอบถาม จานวน 2 คน นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีเครื่องเรือนและการออกแบบ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ ตอบแบบสอบถามจานวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้ผลดังนี้ ผลของการประเมินความพึงพอใจในด้านคุณค่าและประโยชน์โดยรวม อยู่ในเกณฑ์พึงพอใจมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.35 ด้านกระบวนการพัฒนาโดยรวม อยู่ในเกณฑ์พึงพอใจมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.25 และด้านการออกแบบโดยรวม อยู่ในเกณฑ์พึงพอใจมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.21

Conducted a questionnaire about the form of furniture The sample population is 33 persons, 2 faculty members who answer the questionnaires, furniture technology and design students. Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep Responded to a questionnaire of 30 people which had the following results The result of an overall satisfaction assessment of value and benefits Was at the highest satisfaction level, with an average of = 4.35 in the overall development process.
