การศึกษาเทคนิคการปรับตั้งค่าเครื่องถักเฉพาะทางสำหรับ ผ้ารัดน่อง

Abstract

ผ้ารัดน่อง คือผ้าถักที่ผลิตด้วยเครื่องถักเวชภัณฑ์ที่ออกแบบสำหรับการถักผ้ารัดน่อง ซึ่งผ้ารัดน่องจะถูกออกแบบให้เหมาะสมกับการใช้งาน คือ ช่วยพยุงกล้ามเนื้อน่อง ชะลอการเมื่อยล้าจากการลดแรงสั่นสะเทือนระหว่างพื้นกับกล้ามเนื้อน่อง ลดอาการบาดเจ็บจากการเคลื่อนไหวกล้ามเนื้อที่มากเกินไป ลดโอกาสเกิดตะคริว ช่วยฟื้นฟูมัดกล้ามเนื้อที่เมื่อยล้าจากการแข่งกีฬาให้กลับคืนสภาพปกติได้ไวกว่าปกติซึ่งส่วนใหญ่นิยมผลิตเป็นรูปทรงกระบอกและมีส่วนโค้งเว้าเพียงเล็กน้อย ดังนั้นคณะผู้จัดทำจึงได้มีแนวคิดในการศึกษาวิธีการตั้งค่าเครื่องถักผ้ารัดน่องจากรูปทรงเดิมให้เป็นรูปทรงที่เหมาะสมต่อการใช้งานมากขึ้นโดยใช้เส้นด้ายไนล่อนกับเส้นด้ายซิงค์เพื่อดูความแตกต่างของผิวสัมผัสของชิ้นงานว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างไรหากมีรูปแบบการผลิตที่แตกต่างกัน จากการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อรูปทรงของชิ้นงานได้แก่ความตึงของเส้นด้ายอีลาสติก และอัตราการป้อนยางของเครื่องจักร หากความตึงและอัตราการป้อนยางแตกต่างกันจะทำให้ได้ชิ้นงานที่มีรูปทรงที่แตกต่างกัน เบอร์ด้ายอีลาสติกที่แตกต่างกันจะมีขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลางของชิ้นงานไม่เท่ากัน สรุปผลการศึกษา การตั้งค่าของอัตราการป้อนยางที่ไม่เท่ากันจะทำให้ชิ้นงานมีส่วนโค้งออกเมื่อป้อนค่าอัตราการป้อนยางที่มากหรือเว้าเข้าเมื่อป้อนอัตราการป้อนยางที่น้อย หากมีการตั้งค่าของอัตราการป้อนยางที่เท่ากันจะทำให้ชิ้นงานเป็นรูปทรงกระบอก และการผลิตชิ้นงานหากต้องการผิวสัมผัสที่กระชับมากให้ใช้เส้นด้ายไนล่อนไว้ด้านในของชิ้นงาน หากต้องการผิวสัมผัสที่นุ่ม เบา สบายให้ใช้เส้นด้ายซิงค์ไว้ด้านในของชิ้นงาน

As I study about this product and the knitting production process, the calf sleeve should be use with the “nylon fabric” and the “zing fabric.” This study will compare the differences of the texture that contact between the skin to see which one is better with the human skin and heal the muscle faster. From this research, I found that the factor that causes the problems of the shape of this product is that it could be affected from the program during the manufacturing in the knitting fabric machines. The tension, and the number of the ingredients that are put onto the product change a lot. If the tension of the products are different, they will also have different shapes. The differences of size and number of the elastic fabric will have different diameters of the product and also the difference of the manufacturing will also change the texture of its product. In the conclusion, the setting of the number that is put into the program of the knitting fabric machine will provide the different shape of the products. If we put the right number in the right rate, the product will come out in a good cylindrical shape. And also the need of the texture will have a good strengthening if the nylon fabric is used as the insider during the manufacturing, if the customer wants to have a softer texture and more comfortable use the zing fabric insider during the manufacturing.
