Street Style Collection Design Inspired by coral

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design and present street style inspired by coral. The target group is people aged 18-30 years who love street style fashion, being selective to enhance their personality, Korea fever, and like to meet up people with the same taste. Materials used in this collection consist of denim, cotton, nylon taffeta, cotton polyester, and PVC coated decorated with Fray, Punching, Zipper, Belt loop, and Patchwork. Operated by design and selection from sketch with the determination of various details as a collection in 7 outfits as follows: Outfit 1 Inspired by sea anemone coral. Design in 3 pieces; oversized jacket, waist-length, wing collar, drop shoulders with over finger bell sleeves decorated with fray around the collar, cutting-front, arm circumference, and forearm. Inner wear with waist-length bustier and complete look with straight pants decorated by punching and strips on the right-side. Outfit 2 Inspired by fine spined coral. Design in 3 pieces; spaghetti strap cropped top with front-plastic molded zipper. Round-neck inner shirt, waist-length and wrist- length sleeves. Complete look with straight midi skirt decorated with front-zipper. Outfit 3 Inspired by sea Anemone coral. Design in 2 pieces; waist-length camisole with buckled Straps downward to hips, Wide-Leg pants, floor-length with patch pockets on the front, side, and hem decorated with asymmetrical fray. Outfit 4 Inspired by foliose coral. Design in 2 pieces; waist-length wing collar jacket, straight drop shoulders sleeves, wrist-length and A-line above the knee-length skirt decorated with front-belt loops and color-way strips, knee-length. ฉ Outfit 5 Inspired by massive coral. Design in 2 pieces; upper waist-length hoodie, straight set-in wrist-length sleeves and fitted shorts decorated with center-front zipper. Outfit 6 Inspired by encrusting Coral. Design in 2 pieces; oversized thigh-length shirt, stand-up collar with kimono wrist-length sleeves patched with a piece of fabric from shoulders toward around the body. Complete look with straight upper-knee- length shorts decorated with PVC coated fabric on the front. Outfit 7 Inspired by orange cup coral and sea anemone coral as a shirt collar jacket, thigh-length with straight drop shoulder wrist-length sleeves decorated with hole-punched on the body, frayed edge, color-way overlay, and frayed shoulders. Presentation of street style design inspired by coral was organized a fashion show under the concept of Disobedience Graduation Project:TAFTION 5 was held on the 20th of March, 2018 at Grand Postal Office, Bangrak, The Postal Theatre room.
