dc.description.abstract	ในรอบปี 2561 เป็นอีกปีที่มีการพูดถึง การปฏิรูประบบหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ จนนำไปสู่การปรับแก้ พ.ร.บ.หลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ พ.ศ.2545 แต่สุดท้ายการปรับแก้ พ.ร.บ.ดังกล่าวก็ยังไม่คลอดในปีที่ผ่านมา จนเกิดคำถามว่าสุดท้ายแล้วปีใหม่ 2562 จะมีการปรับแก้อย่างไร และทิศทางของระบบหลักประกันสุขภาพฯ รวมไปถึงระบบการให้บริการ ผู้ป่วยควรไปทิศทางไหน	en_US
