Abstract: This project mainly aims to create a sale management system, a case study of Neo-Computer shop, and to assess the levels of experts and users’ satisfaction by using SDLC and questionnaire from 3 experts and 30 users. Our program was developed by using PHP language and MySQL as a database. The functions consist of user authorization, employee data management, supplier information management, warehouse management, ordering management (from supplier), receiving product management, increasing/reducing product, sales management, printing out summary report. According to sale management system, a case study of Neo-Computer shop, the result showed that experts and users satisfaction are at high level. In conclusion, the system can be used.
