สมรรถนะที่ส่งผลต่อการปฎิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตสายไฟฟ้า กรณีศึกษาบริษัท สายไฟฟ้าไทย-ยาซากิ จำกัด

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตของบริษัทสายไฟฟ้าไทย-ยาซากิ จำกัด (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตของบริษัทสายไฟฟ้าไทย - ยาซากิ จำกัด การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจากพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตบริษัทสายไฟฟ้าไทย-ยาซากิ จำกัด สาขาพระประแดง สาขาวัดแค และสาขาสุวรรณภูมิ จำนวน 209 ตัวอย่าง การเก็บข้อมูลใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิด การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบสมมติฐาน (t-test) ค่าความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ย (One-way ANOVA) ผลการศึกษาพบว่าภาพรวมในทุกด้านของสมรรถนะที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตของบริษัทสายไฟฟ้าไทย - ยาซากิ จำกัด อยู่ในระดับที่ส่งผลมาก เมื่อทำการพิจารณาในสมรรถนะแต่ละด้านพบว่าสมรรถนะที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานมากที่สุดคือด้านทักษะ รองลงมาคือด้านความรู้ และในด้านคุณลักษณะพึงประสงค์นั้นมีระดับสมถรรนะที่ส่งผลมากเท่ากัน สุดท้ายคือด้านทัศนคติมีระดับสมถรรนะที่ส่งผลปานกลาง และทำการพิจารณาหัวข้อของสมรรถนะที่ส่งผลมากที่สุดในแต่ละด้านพบว่าหัวข้อที่ส่งผลมากที่สุดในด้านของความรู้คือ มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้เครื่องมือหรืออุปกรณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานได้เป็นอย่างดี ในด้านของทักษะคือ มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดจากการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างรวดเร็วและถูกต้อง ในด้านของทัศนคติคือ มีความคิดที่จะพัฒนาสมรรถนะของตนเองให้สูงขึ้นอยู่เสมอ สุดท้ายในด้านคุณลักษณะพึงประสงค์คือ มีความซื่อสัตย์ ยุติธรรม และมีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ของตนเองสูง เมื่อทำการพิจารณาเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตของบริษัทสายไฟฟ้าไทย - ยาซากิ จำกัด โดยจำแนกตามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อายุการทำงาน รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และสถานภาพสมรส พบว่าทุกหัวข้อมีความคิดเห็นต่อระดับสมรรถนะที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5

The objective of this study were to study (1) Study the Competency for Staff in production department of electrical wire industrial a case study Thai-Yazaki electric wire co., ltd. This study was using samples 209 staff from Thai-Yazaki Electrician Co., Ltd., Phra Pradaeng factory, Wat Khae factory and Suvarnabhumi factory. The statistical analysis used a computer program were percentage, mean, standard deviation, hypothesis testing t-test, one-way ANOVA, The results of the study show that the overall the competency for Staff in production department of electrical wire industrial a case study Thai-Yazaki electric wire co., ltd. was a high level, when considering each competency was found that the effect on competency most is skill second is the knowledge and personal attributes the effect on competency high level is the equivalent the last is attitude the effect on competency level moderate, and considering the subject of each competency was found that the effect on competency most was the knowledge “the use tools or equipment to work very well” in the skill “have to problem solving skills quickly and accurately” in the attitude “have thinking improving competency yourself higher always” the last is personal attributes “have honest fair and high responsible”.

when considering compare competency for staff in production department of electrical wire industrial a case study Thai-Yazaki electric wire co., ltd. by analyze personal information such as sex, age, educational level, work experience, average income and marital status, was found that all subjects had opinions on the level of competency and effect for working not different at the level 0.5.
