dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ (2) ศึกษาระดับความต้องการการจัดการเรียนการสอนของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ จำนวน 400 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบโควตาอย่างมีสัดส่วน (quota sampling) ตามคณะและชั้นปีที่ศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้สร้างขึ้นมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น (reliability) ที่ระดับ 0.94 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติ โดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานen_US
