      <title>The Impact of Delayed Retirement on Job Promotion and Organizational Performance: A Quantitative Analysis of Aging Workforce Dynamics of Chinese Higher Educational Institutions</title>

      <description>Title: The Impact of Delayed Retirement on Job Promotion and Organizational Performance: A Quantitative Analysis of Aging Workforce Dynamics of Chinese Higher Educational Institutions
Authors: Haoren LUO
Abstract: As Chinese higher education institutions have rapidly developed, the&#xD;
organizational performance of Chinese universities has been widely discussed in recent&#xD;
decades. Researchers from diverse academic backgrounds with distinct narrative&#xD;
perspectives try to establish the linkage in different ways. This paper uses a&#xD;
management perspective to examine the effects of employee incentives on the&#xD;
organizational performance of Chinese higher education institutions in the Southwest&#xD;
region of mainland China. This paper uses primary data collected via Smart PLS4 to&#xD;
test the expected results. It mainly focuses on three factors: delayed retirement, aging&#xD;
faculty and job promotion to determine if there is an impact of those three factors on&#xD;
organizational performance in higher academic institutions. In addition, it uses&#xD;
management policy and work satisfaction as mediators to enrich the test results.

      <title>Teachers’ Classroom Behavior Management in Chinese Art Universities: A Case Study of G University, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region</title>
      <link>https://dspace.rmutk.ac.th/jspui/handle/123456789/4970</link>
      <description>Title: Teachers’ Classroom Behavior Management in Chinese Art Universities: A Case Study of G University, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region
Authors: Disi HE
Abstract: Taking G University in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, People’s&#xD;
Republic of China, as a case study, this research investigates Teachers’ Classroom&#xD;
Behavior Management (TCBM) in art universities and proposes practical strategies to&#xD;
improve teaching quality and student development. The study aims to enhance&#xD;
instructional effectiveness, support students’ learning experiences, and provide&#xD;
empirical references for similar institutions in China. A mixed-methods research&#xD;
design was employed. Two hundred questionnaires were distributed to randomly&#xD;
selected teachers and art major students to examine their perceptions of TCBM. In&#xD;
&#xD;
addition, five teachers and two academic administrators were interviewed to gain in-&#xD;
depth insights into classroom management practices and institutional policies. The&#xD;
&#xD;
collected data were analyzed using SPSS, enabling a comprehensive evaluation of both&#xD;
quantitative trends and qualitative perspectives. The findings reveal that art&#xD;
universities face significant challenges in implementing effective classroom behavior&#xD;
management. First, the absence of a systematic and standardized management&#xD;
framework leaves teachers without clear guidelines for managing student behavior.&#xD;
Second, the lack of a formal supervision and feedback mechanism weakens the&#xD;
effectiveness of classroom administration and limits opportunities for improvement.&#xD;
Third, many teachers demonstrate insufficient awareness of TCBM's importance,&#xD;
leading to inconsistent and ineffective classroom management practices, particularly&#xD;
in art-focused teaching environments. To address these challenges, the study&#xD;
recommends that G University establish clear rules, operational standards, and&#xD;
institutional policies for TCBM. In addition, a comprehensive monitoring and&#xD;
feedback system should be developed to promptly identify, evaluate, and correct&#xD;
inappropriate classroom behaviors. Furthermore, universities should strengthen&#xD;
teacher training and professional development in classroom management to enhance&#xD;
teachers’ competence and awareness in this critical area. Implementing these measures&#xD;
will promote a scientific, standardized, and effective classroom management system,&#xD;
thereby improving educational quality and providing a valuable model for other&#xD;
Chinese art institutions.

      <title>Social Practice Education of Guangxi University of the Arts Students in Summer</title>
      <link>https://dspace.rmutk.ac.th/jspui/handle/123456789/4958</link>
      <description>Title: Social Practice Education of Guangxi University of the Arts Students in Summer
Authors: Qiong WEI
Abstract: This study aims to explore the development of social practice among&#xD;
college students at Guangxi University of the Arts, with a particular focus on their&#xD;
participation in summer social practice programs. The research investigates the&#xD;
current state of summer social practice education at the university, examining the&#xD;
motivations and attitudes driving students' involvement and the educational&#xD;
significance of these programs. The study also seeks to identify and analyze the&#xD;
challenges and obstacles faced in implementing effective social practice programs in&#xD;
higher education. A stratified sampling method was employed to select a&#xD;
representative sample, including 156 individuals from Guangxi University of the&#xD;
Arts—comprising three teachers, three staff members, and 150 students—out of a&#xD;
target population of 200 respondents. Data collection was conducted through a&#xD;
questionnaire survey, capturing various dimensions of participant experiences and&#xD;
perceptions related to social practice. The gathered data were analyzed using&#xD;
statistical methods, primarily focusing on percentage analysis and interpretive&#xD;
techniques to draw meaningful insights. Findings from this research are expected to&#xD;
provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics influencing student participation in&#xD;
social practice and offer insights into how educational institutions can better support&#xD;
these initiatives, ultimately fostering a culture of civic engagement and practical skill&#xD;
development among college students.

      <title>Liberal Education Art Course in the Territorial University of Yunnan, China: A Field Research</title>
      <link>https://dspace.rmutk.ac.th/jspui/handle/123456789/4957</link>
      <description>Title: Liberal Education Art Course in the Territorial University of Yunnan, China: A Field Research
Authors: Hongyu Chen
Abstract: In response to the growing emphasis on cultural diversity, Chinese&#xD;
territorial universities have been exploring ways to integrate local intangible cultural&#xD;
heritage (ICH) and traditional art resources into Liberal Education Courses (LEC). This&#xD;
research aims to (1) investigate the traditional art and cultural resources of ethnic&#xD;
minorities, (2) examine the integration of ICH from regional ethnic minority traditions&#xD;
into university curricula, and (3) design a model "liberal education new art course" that&#xD;
exemplifies this integration. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study involved&#xD;
160 sophomore students and 15 teachers from Yuxi Normal University, who&#xD;
participated in questionnaire surveys, along with 11 ICH experts and 10 representatives&#xD;
of ICH inheritors and conveners from Yuxi, through in-depth interviews. The findings&#xD;
reveal that traditional art and cultural resources of ethnic minorities mainly include&#xD;
ethnic music and cultural practices. The integration process involves systematically&#xD;
collecting, organizing, and utilizing first-hand data on regional ethnic minority ICH,&#xD;
including compiling music resources and developing teaching materials. This content&#xD;
is incorporated into liberal education art courses through professional and public classes&#xD;
and lectures and workshops focused on ethnic minority traditional cultures. The&#xD;
resulting course, Yunnan ICH Project Folklore: "Calling the Moon" (Dai) Heritage&#xD;
Development Course, is a practical and exemplary model of a new liberal education art&#xD;
course designed to preserve and promote ethnic minority cultural heritage within the&#xD;
university context.
