The project about the notification and appointment system, case study: Public Health Center 57 was prepared with a purpose to develop notification and appointment system, to facilitate the use of medical personnel and patients. The aim is to make visiting patients spend lesser time during the prescription process by lessen the processes, reduce congestion, shorten waiting time, and quickened up the service. The system can send notification alerts through the LINE application when it reaches appointment time. The system satisfaction test illustrated that the users had an overall moderate level of satisfaction. When considering three aspects, it was found that the functionality of the system had Mean of 3.14 which was at a moderate level, accuracy had Mean of 3.23 and the satisfaction of the system had Mean of 3.29.
