การวิเคราะห์อัตราส่วนทางการเงินของบริษัทในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรและอุตสาหกรรมอาหารในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย

Abstract

งานศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอัตราส่วนทางการเงินกับราคาหลักทรัพย์ของบริษัทที่อยู่ในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรและอุตสาหกรรมอาหารในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย ซึ่งมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 15 บริษัท โดยศึกษาเป็นรายไตรมาส ตั้งแต่ไตรมาสที่ 1 ของปี พ.ศ.2557 ถึง ไตรมาสที่ 4 ของ ปี พ.ศ. 2559 เป็นระยะเวลาทั้งหมด 3 ปีย้อนหลัง ใช้อัตราส่วนทางการเงินทั้งหมด 7 ตัว ได้แก่ อัตราส่วนหนี้สินต่อส่วนของผู้ถือหุ้น (D/E) , อัตราส่วนราคาตลาดต่อมูลค่าหุ้นทางบัญชี (P/BV) , อัตราส่วนกำไรสุทธิ (NP) , อัตราส่วนเงินทุนหมุนเวียนต่อสินทรัพย์รวม (WC/A) , อัตราส่วนกำไรสะสมต่อสินทรัพย์รวม (RE/A) , อัตราส่วนกำไรก่อนดอกเบี้ยและภาษีต่อสินทรัพย์รวม (EBIT/A) และอัตราส่วนมูลค่าตลาดของหุ้นต่อมูลค่าทางบัญชีของหนี้สินรวม (ME/BD) โดยวิธีทางสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือ การวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 90%, 95% และ 99%ผลการวิจัยสามารถสรุปได้ว่า อัตราส่วนราคาตลาดต่อมูลค่าหุ้นทางบัญชี (P/BV) มีความสัมพันธ์เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกับราคาหลักทรัพย์ของกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรและอุตสาหกรรมอาหารในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ส่วนอัตราส่วนทางการเงินตัวอื่นๆ มีความสัมพันธ์กับราคาหลักทรัพย์เพียงบางหลักทรัพย์เท่านั้น

The purpose of this independent study was designed to investigate the relationship between financial ratios and stock prices of companies in the agro-industrial and food industries in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The data has been collected from the first quarter of 2014 to the fourth quarter of 2016 for a total of three years as well as 15 sample companies, the seven financial ratios are as follows: Debt to Equity Ratio (D / E), Price to Book Value Ratio (P / BV), Net Profit (NP), Working Capital to Total Assets (WC / A) Total Assets (RE / A), EBIT / A and EBITDA to total book value of total liabilities (ME / BD). The multiple regression statistical method was applied for this independent study at the level of confidence 90%, 95% and 99% The results can be summarized as follows: Price to book value ratio (P / BV) has the same significantly direction with the market price of the agricultural and food industries in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Other financial ratios, there are only some securities related to the price of securities
