The Research on E-Commerce Platform Inverstment Promotion Communication Strategy Example of Shopee Net
Abstract
Recent developments in electronic commerce in Indonesia have made market expansion more efficient and successful. In addition, as the domestic e-commerce industry gets increasingly saturated, small, medium, and micro businesses have began to seek out international markets as their next opportunity. The rapid growth of global e-commerce and national export trade create a favourable climate for cross-border exports of businesses from all nations. Southeast Asia has thus become a new frontier for the cross- border e-commerce exports of small and medium-sized businesses from many nations. As one of the most significant e- commerce platforms in Southeast Asia, Shopee has established a domestic cross-border company and attracted sellers to settle on its platform. This article will combine Shopee platform's current cross- border business development status and investment promotion strategy, in-depth study of its investment strategy, and explore the enlightenment effect of this investment strategy model on other e-commerce platforms. In addition, according to Shopee.com's own investment promotion appeals, a business promotion communication plan suitable for the Shopee platform was proposed.
